Warranty Policy

At our electronics and accessories store, we stand behind the quality of our products 

and offer a limited warranty on all devices sold. Our warranty lasts for a period 

of 12 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in 

manufacturing or workmanship that may arise during normal use of the product. 

If a defect is found within the warranty period, we will repair 

or replace the product free of charge.

 

However, please note that our warranty does not cover any damage caused by 

drops or water submersion by the customer. This includes any damage caused by 

accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence.

 

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your original 

proof of purchase and a description of the issue. 

We will provide instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.

Our warranty is limited to the original purchaser and

 is non-transferable. It does not cover any incidental or consequential 

damages arising from the use of the product.

 

We reserve the right to refuse any warranty claim that we determine to be 

fraudulent or outside the scope of our warranty policy.
