TRADE IN PROGRAM

We are pleased to offer a convenient trade-in program that allows customers to receive value for their old devices while upgrading to a brand-new product. We currently accept the following devices: Apple iPhones (iPhone 8 and newer), Samsung Galaxy smartphones (Galaxy S10 and newer, Note10 and newer, and Z-series models), Apple MacBooks (2016 models and newer), Apple iPads (6th generation and newer, iPad Air 3rd generation and newer, and iPad Pro 2nd generation and newer), and Apple Watches (Series 4 and newer).

 

To be eligible for trade-in, the device must power on and must not be locked to any activation or security features such as Apple iCloud or Samsung Factory Reset Protection (FRP). We do not accept devices that have been reported lost or stolen. Devices with major physical damage, such as cracked screens or missing parts, may still be accepted; however, they will receive a significantly lower trade-in value. Devices with non-functional displays or major component failure may be rejected or offered minimal value.

 

The trade-in value of your device will be based on its brand and model, storage capacity, battery health status and cycle count (where applicable), physical condition, and overall functionality. To receive a quick quote online, please share clear pictures of your device from all angles along with the model name, storage capacity, battery health percentage, and cycle count for iPhones, MacBooks, and Apple Watches.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the quoted value if there are discrepancies between the shared images and the actual condition of the device upon inspection. Accessories such as chargers, boxes, or cables are not required but may slightly improve your offer if included.

 

Kindly note that trade-ins are restricted to the same brand and device type. For example, iPhones can only be traded in toward the purchase of a new iPhone, Samsung phones toward a new Samsung phone, MacBooks toward a new MacBook, and so on.
